Hey does anyone have and good ideas for me on the best way to weight train to see great results? I have been lifting for 2yrs now doing bodypump and i also do spinning classes 2-3times a week. I want to see more muscle tone!! I see it when i am lifting but not as much just standing still! I do eat a lot of protein and keep a low carb diet. Any ideas for me?

HEALTHNUT- I DONT KNOW IF YOU'VE EVER TRIED WORKING OUT WITH CATHE,SHE IS AWESOME HER WEIGHT TRAINING EPISODES ARE VERY CHALLENGING. I WOULD TRY HER PYRAMID AND SUPERSETS WORKOUTS. YOU CAN GO AS LIGHT OR HEAVY, WHAT EVER IS BEST FOR YOU. I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT WITH HER FOR A YEAR NOW AND MY BODY IS THE BEST ITS EVER BEEN, EVEN AFTER THREE KIDS. I ALWAYS TRY ALTERNATE SOME WEIGHT TRAINING AND SOME CARDIO, AND CATHE'S STEP WORKOUTS ARE THE BEST FOR THAT TOO.

ali0026-Yes I watch her on TV and I do love her! She has a awsome body! I would love to look like that! That is sort of what we do at the Y we do what is called Body Pump. Great workout. I did watch her today though and she did like 3sets of bieceps,3diff ways 3sets of trieceps3diff ways ect! That looked great. I might just have to dig out my step and start trying some of her step classes at home. Thanks for the advice.
