I understand what you are going through. I have been there. I exercise 7 days a week but my eating habits were horrible. I cut down my propotions and went down quickly. Who knows how long it will last. i watch Gilad all the time and Cathe ( Sometimes). Gilad seems to be helping me burn calories. I hope I helped.
