Sean carries the show as much as anyone. Watch when he is finished the first season without him, these boards will clamour for Sean as much as they did for Josh during the first two episodes of this season. Sean is a character on a show, and love or hate him, you want to watch him. Everyone has a role on this show, and I feel like this year the character balance has hit it's stride.
