instead of using a robotic arm which the suspect will be able to see and get out of the way, why not use one of the bumper bars like cop cars have on the front, and fasten one to the rear of the car. then take 4 co2 cannisters and have 2 fastened on one side in the trunk and 2 on the other side. then have the nozzle and hose from each cannister to be installed inside the metal tubing from the bumper bars and then cut out 4 different holes in the center of the intersecting bars. so that way it's hidden, more co2 can be used, and it can allow the cop car to brake while in front of the suspect, to allow him to get his car near the suspect's car without damaging his, ergo the bumper bars. he could even have the suspect ram the rear of the cop without doing damage and allow for a more better chance to deploy the co2, and stopping the suspect. please if u have any questions smash lab team, please email me at slim_ken69@hotmail.com. so that way we can get in better contact. thank u very much. hopefully u will try and use this technique.

Well that could work, but if you notice that most cars the air intake is in different places, not in front of the grill. This is a good idea but its flawed...
