Hello,
I thought since you are looking for other kind of styles and different ideas for episodes you could try Capoeira. Or, maybe traditional Taekwondo which uses only the legs. that could be quite interesting in my opinion.

It would be interesting to see Mr. Anderson and Mr. Smith learning Capoeira.

They obviously couldn't do TKD because it's too similar to hapkido. I know there are differences, but when you consider how divers martial arts can be, they are very similar. However, I do think that it would be worth it to make a return trip to Brazil to pursue such an interesting martial art as Capoeira.

the truth is taekwondo is much different from hapkido in that hapkido focuses alot on throws whereas taekwondo is mostly kicks and punches although locks and throws are used for self defense the sparring is full contact and very different from anything they have done so i say you guys head back to seoul and learn some taekwondo

Though I'm a big fan and adherent of Capoeira, I don't believe it would be suited for Fight Quest. Learning the basic movement of Capoeira, the ginga, takes a couple of weeks at least. Now, some capoeistras have gone into MMA compeitions and rarely if ever ginga. In a way, Doug and Jimmy could go that route, but I'd advise they don't. The ginga is one of the defining characteristics of Capoeira and the root from where all other techniques originate. Without it, Capoeira becomes indistinguishable from other martial arts.
