Sorry to do this, but I couldn't find a way to contact the moderator. Is there any way to view the posts since your last post? Using the one under the Find button takes me to the whole TLC Site, and I just want to view the ones here.
Again, sorry for the non-fashion question, I was hoping someone could answer and save me more searching.

I do realize that the posts are in order from newest to oldest, but when my computer is slow, as often happens, I get frustrated going between sections. I just wondered if there was a way to see one list - some forums have that.

it doesn't always work, but I found if I want to see certain forums, I type that forun name into the search box ( What not to wear, survining motherhood ect...)and then click todays active topics, or new since last visit.

Thanks. I've been playing around with this, and still end up on different TV shows' forums. I'll try your suggestion.

Hello gritsorig. You may already know this method, but if you go to the advanced search page, you can select the forum you want to search and then in the search dates between ________ and _________ just put in a starting date (say 2006-09-01) and leave the end date blank. It will show you all the posts in the What Not to Wear forum (only) since however far back you want to look.

Gigge

Edit: Oh and questions about how to use this forum are not off-topic in the least. When I want to contact mod_ivy, I send a regular post and put a word that the language filter will pick up at the bottom (with a little apology to the mod). Since she screens the posts that have been caught by the filter, she should at least read it. Getting a response is another question. Occassionally she does respond, depending on the question/request.

This is exactly what I want. I also couldn't figure out how to contact the moderator, so you were extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

Oh, except for one thing. How do you edit your message?

When you're signed in a little a little yellow folder with what looks like a pink pencil eraser appears in the upper right hand corner of your posts. Click it and you can edit or delete.

Gigge, you're the best. I hesitate clicking on unknowns when I'm in a forum - don't know what I might be messing up. I think you have me up and properly running now.

Don't be afraid to click buttons! That's how you find where all the good stuff is. Wink

Glad I could help.
