So here's a little history on my skin and lifestyle: I have combination skin, sometimes oily in the T-zone, and some dry patches from harsh acne treatments. My skin is mostly clear, but it is very product sensitive. I like oil-free, fragrance-free and non-comedogenic.
To wash my face I have been using Cetaphil and Spectro Jel, along with the occasional ProActiv treatment. I work 12 hour shifts and have a profession where makeup is a must.
I currently have the Bare Minerals foundation set from Sephora, but find that my skin is sometimes too dry to wear it, so I'm looking for something that gives good coverage in a liquid consistency.
I am also looking for a good moisturizer for the winter time to wear underneath my makeup everyday.
Also, if you have any suggestions for great concealers that would be awesome too!
I left Clinique to switch to Nars (which is expensive!) but have gone back to Clinique because it works the best for me. I use their skin care products and their make-up. Visit the Clinique counter in your local Nordstrom store. They give awesome advice!
I like Carmindy's foundation made by Sally Hansen. I used to use Clinique but Carmindy's is actually better for me (and much cheaper too). I'm not that fond of her concealer though. For that I like MAC or Physician's Formula.
