I like to make a complaint about how some agent abuses the good system with his power. The agent name I believe is Lieutenant Michael Scott. The other day I watched Animal Cops SF and was feeling that he was more concerned to himself than the job he was undertaken. I wasn't pleased with the way he handled an animal case. It was the case of a dog running loose in SF. Turn out the dog escaped from its owner's truck while visiting the city. I don't think the lieutenant had the right to talk to the owner the way he did. He said," after the long chase,...the dog should be dead by now." In a way, he said if he wanted, he can have the dog killed. The dog didn't actually hurt anyone but showed aggressive signs, which could be explained by him being panicking after being chased around and him being overwhelmed of the city's crowd. The Lieutenant probably felt very tired after the long chase but that was his job. Maybe people should remind that to him more often. If he felt doing a lighter job, maybe should consider career change. [] Please for the sake of the animals. Remove him from the show.
