Does anyone know where to find the oven steamed Halibut recipe? May have been a re-run. Ran in Phoenix 7/26. Appetizer of "halibut cakes" ceviche still, Steamed halibut in foil with carrots, cukes & celery. Dessert was Pineapple with carmelized sugar.

Any help...I have Alaskan Halibut. I would love to try this out, but can't find the recipe

I have made this entree quite a few times. Very yummy, but I love halibut anyway. A tip--the celery and carrot should be sliced VERY thin.
