I saw an episode where curtis made an salmon in clay and a great looking drink made with lime and crushed ice and some kind of fruit,i cant seem to find the recipe online,does anyone know? it aired i think on the weekend,the guy was a painter and they showed his art work and his wifes name was jill,the guy had writen in for curtis to go to his house and cook.any help would be great thanks.

it was yellow watermelon,lime(2)and ice- blitzed, then strained. 2 dif liquors were added. Maybe someone would recall if it was vodka or tequila? I think the former-do not recall the other.

I don't see it either, but the man's name was Darren and he lived in Santa Fe. The fish they baked was trout, and the drink was something Curtis named "Desert Oasis." HTH.
