They are slow. There were 2 episodes listed for Friday night at 7-8 p.n., in addition to the 5 p.m. shows-and with the reminder was a memo saying these are not being aired at that time. Well-they were-so someone is not communicating with someone else. Also- when will they "get it?" I am not interested in watch TLC except for Take Home Chef!
Since I saw the new episode with the cancer survivor all I can think of is that salad with raw salmon and oranges! I can't find the recipe anywhere! Ideas?
I saw a show in early-mid January wherein a guy named "Griff" was going to propose to his girlfriend. Curtis did a French beef recipe using a blade cut of beef, I believe, done in wine. It sounded lovely but, as always, I didn't bother scribbling notes, as I thought I'd just find it online--well, it hasn't appeared yet. Given the romantic slant of that episode, I hoped they might re-air it around Valentine's day, but I don't see it. I don't suppose anyone scribbled it down?

Pammed: It aired again on April 1, 2008. I did not jot it down either. It was a chuck Steak cut and looked delicious. I have posted a request for that recipe also.
