I am abit grossed out when Curtis sucks on his fingers in the show. I guess the directors think this is cool, perhaps a bit sexy... But I just keep thinking "Does this guy wash his hands?" I have cooked for lots of people and not sharing spit is one of the first rules of cooking for others. People are watching this show and will learn by his example intended or not.

Obviously there's A LOT that doesn't make it to air.. I'm sure a world-renowned chef washes his hands.
