I selected 7 courses from various shows and made my Prime rib on the grill. What a great event we had. Started with the Pomegranate Martini and Fresh Crab, Heirloom Tomatoes and Avocado Crostini with Garden Fresh Basil then to Lobster Cocktail followed by Prosciutto with Figs and Balsamic Vinegar a Salad of Arugula, Pomegranate, Persimmon and Toasted Hazelnuts was next followed by Prime Rib with muchroom sauce and Risotto of Asparagus and Parmigiano-Reggiano finishing with Molten Chocolate and Espresso Fondants and Five-hour Apple Cake with Orange Zest for desert. All if the recipies worked perfectly. I made a few personal touches and subustutions but followed the basic recipe.
Every serving was a hit over our three hour meal. Curtis you are awsome. Can wait for another party to show off your food again.
