I, too would like to know what happened...I watch him every day at 4 as well.

BTW, the TLC website is not user-friendly at all. I tried the "contact us" and I became so frustrated, I gave up.

According to TLC's form letter...they are no longer filming Take Home Chef. No explanation offered.

Rumor has it that Curtis is negotiating a new t.v. show or offer or something of the sort.

Can't stand J&K +8...I don't care about watching other people raise their children...I have my own. I watch t.v. to GET AWAY from children lol.... Hopefully we'll be watching Curtis again soon.

Where's Curtis? Where is that cutie from the Pick Up Chef? Oh, I mean Take Home Chef. I'll gladly pick him up or take him home anytime. I always watch him at 3:00pm. It was a shock, no notice, no nothing.

Discovery Channel bring him back please! I'll settle for reruns until you bring him back to us. I watch a lot of Discovery Channel shows but Take Home Chef is my favorite. If you lose him to a different network prepare for a ratings drop. No way am I going to watch J&K+8, if I wanted to watch 8 kids running around I would have had 8 of my own. Perhaps Angelina Jolie likes the show cuz she sure has a bunch of her own and is supposedly planning on more.

I am so disgusted....WHERE'S CURTIS? Thank goodness I have a few of his shows taped, since TLC has obviously cancelled his "OUTSTANDING" program! I used to call my niece and we'd chat everyday while watching him, now we're both depressed!! BRING BACK CURTIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quite frankly I'm boycotting all other shows!!

Curtis Stone is hiding. I know where he is hah ha ha! I bet he is in the kitchen making his favorite pizza and havin a pub boo.

Jon and Kate plus eight is a wonderful show with lotsa of love and laughter and anyone who has a lot of children or plans to should take some advise from the two parents who have eight cool girls and boys. You should watch that Nanny show and take a look at some of the most unruly brats on earth. Boy I would be givin a spankin to some of those little children who don't pay one bit of attention to the Nanny.

Curtis is a production host for TLC. As for the DUI issue why would Curtis Stone drive alone and not have a driver huh!

Awile back I heard that the food network had approached him to do a show for them. I think it would be a bad move-on TLC he is "THE" chef and on the food network he would be "A" chef. Besides that they use their chefs to death-real money making machines. I think Curtis likes to be a bit more footloose. I hope TLC comes to their senses soon ( He did show up for the Planet Green premier for them).

If TLC is DUMB enough to let this great show go then I hope he does move to the Food network (and gets picked up by FoodTV in Canada so we can still see him at least). Jon & Kate is a cute show but we don't need 4 or 5 episodes a day.

TLC - PLEASE bring Take Home Chef with Curtis Stone back. Personally - if you're that short sighted as to let such a good show go down the tubes I'll find another channel to watch - there's lots of competition out there.

It's been several weeks since I last saw "Take Home Chef". I just love Curtis, he's a great chef and makes it look so easy to prepare gourmet cuisine. I have to comment that I don't watch TLC's spot on J&K+8. I used to but not every day nor for hours, it,s annoying already. Is there something we can do in bringing back Curtis? Maybe a petition? If worse comes to worse, replace "J&K+8 with another cooking show.

I was wondering the same thing, and the only info I could find was here on the discussion board--I just joined today. I too, miss Curtis and his wonderful show too, and it's nowhere on TLC's schedule. It would be nice if the network would actually give us some info and listen to his fans and start running some old episodes at least! I agree with the J&K+8 comments--enough with the back to back episodes already. Am I alone in thinking they are some of the brattiest kids ever??? Bring on Curtis and save us from J&K+8 madness.

I think TLC should be ashamed of themselves by not making an announcement as to what is going on with Curtis. They could have at least told us something. I have enjoyed his show at 4PM every day for quite awhile now. Then all of a sudden he's gone. Please inform us.

I guess TLC really is The Learning Channel,I've learned that if there is a good show like Take Home Chef,chances are good that it will disappear and be replaced with more episodes of crap like Jon & Kate+8,What Not Wear,and a myriad of unwatchable wedding and baby shows!

I have been wondering that too. It is my favorite show on TLC and now it's gone. I wish they'd bring him back.

Is this the same people that got rid of Page Davis and bought her back because there was an out cry to bring her back? Eventually they will buckle under pressure and bring him back I hope so!!

I miss the show and have contacted TLC with no luck. I have to say that they need some serious help with communicating with their fans. It is way too difficult to get any info or answers from them.
