I've been all over THC's site and I cannot find the recipes for the episode I watched this afternoon. The woman's name was Salome and the recipe was pan-seared Mahi-Mahi served over wilted baby spinach and drizzled with a saffron-cream reduction. The dessert was a chocolate cheesecake. I can remember most of it and I cook well enough to wing everything but the saffron-cream reduction. I'd like to have the *actual* recipes Curtis used, but I'll be danged if I can find her/that epi in the recipe section! It aired today, Mar 30, 2007 but I don't believe it was a new epi, since I watched it in the late afternoon before the new epi's air.

Any luck? Did you happen to catch all of the recipe for the chocolate cheesecake?

No luck yet and I don't remember all the specifics about the chocolate cheesecake. As much as I love Mahi-Mahi, it's that chocolate cheesecake I'm really after! Hopefully someone will see these posts and have pity on us and post the recipes!

I am so glad I am not the only one!!! My husband has this menu in his head now and thats what he wants! I too think I can wing the fish even though I didn't see all of it but would love the have the recipes!!!

I'm just glad I'm not actually overlooking it - I'd about decided it was me, that the recipe was really posted and I was just missing it. Okay TLC message board police - please read this and get the recipe for the Salome show posted. Please. I've got it stuck in my head, too and I really want the recipes. Grrr.. the one time I see something that really appeals to me and go figure, that's the one show's recipes missing!

Maybe somebody will see our posts and rectify the situation!

Please oh please did anyone find the recipe? I actually went to the store and have the ingredients for the fish (at least I think I do). I thought I just overlooked the recipe, and Curtis did not come to the store. Has anyone found it yet? Dinner is in one hour.

The Salome show aired today in SW Florida. The site now has the recipes listed.

Finally, they posted Salome's recipes! I cannot wait to do this - I'm going to do the entire thing, all the recipes from this epi. Can't wait.

Curtis will never show up at my grocery store - I live in Dallas (area) now, but I'm about to move back to my hometown - it's still in Texas (not that he'll ever make it here) but it's a pretty small town (only about a quarter million), so I'll just have to keep watching THC and dreamin'.

Too bad too, I could honestly give the man a run for his money in the kitchen - it would be fun! But then I guess because I am an accomplished cook, it wouldn't make for good TV because I wouldn't act as if the filming of the epi was my first trip into my kitchen, lol! Although I happen to think it would be a cool episode if he actually picked someone that DID know how to cook!

Off to buy Mahi-Mahi and whatever else I need tomorrow. Can't wait. Yum!
