That said...I love to watch Curtis for a multitude of reasons, and was astonished that he had never tried meatloaf...Boy have I got a few recipes for him on how to kick up meatloaf!

I tried the ruhbarb..did not make the sauce, just used a good french vanilla ice cream and served it hot.

It was very good...rather like a cobbler without the biscuits and very easy.
