My dog can sit, beg, chase his tail, and stand on his back legs for few or more minutes! What tricks/trick can your pet/pets do?

My dog can sit and shake and that is about all. The majority of her life, I haven't been around unfortunately and any progress I manage to make with her training-wise, is usually completely ruined because my family isn't consistent with her and they don't use the same training methods as myself.
Hopefully I can change that this summer...not so much tricks (although I do have a few things I'd like to teach her) but just training in general.

Sit and shake... well, two of them know how to do that.
I'm not big on tricks. I just let my dogs be dogs.

my cats are pretty talented, one will jump from the foor to our arms or shoulder like a dog,she also has really good balance once she is up on our shoulders she will stay there all day if we let her. i can wash dishes, do my hair and makeup or just abut any thing with her there. anotherone knows how to open the closet door to get the cat food, and they all like to play fetch. its pretty cool

My dogs know all of the basic obedience stuff (sit, stay, down, come, etc.), as well as a bunch of tricks.
Casey- shake, high five, beg, wave (she's in begging position for this), roll over, bang, speak, kiss, give me her chin, the holding the treat on her nose trick, holding treats in her mouth without eating them, knock a chair over, close cabinets, etc.
Carley: shake, high five, give me ten, beg, wave (in sit position), cover her eyes/wipe her nose, crawl, roll over, bang, whisper, bark, howl (planning to work on crying- she's too fun to work on vocalizations), get her tennis b'all, stop where she is, hold things in her mouth (no treats yet), etc.
I've also taught can touch on command. I got bored one night and started clicker training her. I think I might work on sit today with her after I work with Carley. I also taught my first guinea pig to kiss and open her cage and jump in. And I had a frog that would jump towards your finger when you said jump froggy.

gordo can sit, stay, give paw, lay, sit pretty (or beg, which ever you want to call it), he can open the door to his kennel when you tell him to go to his house, fetch, just about the basics of what a dog can do.

Katie can sit, stay and shake. I'm trying to teach her how to get on her hind legs though..I have to be PERSISTANT if I want her to do it right! But she's so cute when she shakes..she also chases her tail from time to time and that's hilarious.

my dog cajun does most of the tricks already mentioned. i just want to say a special one he does. i will take 3 cups and put a treat under one, move them around and then ask him to "find" and he will tip over the cup with the treat..sometimes he tips the wrong cup ( people don't win that game every time eather)and look at me like i am hiding it..then i point to the cup that has the treat and say find again..which by the way is how i taught him the trick..it evolved from his "touch it" trick for that one i point to something and say "touch it" and he will..it looks cute when he does it to the phone and gets it off the hook..i just wonder who is he calling? lol

My kitty Rachael will sit and sit up if I bribe her with food and if she feels like it. She'll also jump over a low obstacle if I tell her to (and if I have treats).
My younger kitty Iris plays fetch, and she's getting fairly good at sitting up.
I have found one big difference in training dogs vs. training cats (I'm not an expert in it, but I trained 1 dog and a few kitties). For example, when you teach a dog to sit, you can push his rear end down. When you teach a cat to sit, if you try pushing her rear end, she'll give you one of those "cat looks" that says "What do you think you're doing?" I found it was better with cats to coax them into doing things.

My dog can sit and lay down. but that's it. he used to know shake but for some reason doesn't anymore.. I'm trying to reteach him the shake and roll-over but it's kind of difficult.

I think roll over is one of the tougher tricks to teach a dog. Sit and shake are much easier.

My White German Shepard actually opens doors with his mouth & paws!
We also play hiding go seek with Fritz.... Myself or my daughter will go someplace in the house & hide. Fritz will be given the command, "Go Find" & he snifs out & finds the person hiding in our 2000 square foot house... no matter where they are hiding, you can be sure Fritz finds them!
When I say "Fritz, Go Check" he goes to every window & door & looks outside & smells for any signs of life outside. When he's done making his rounds around the entire house, he comes back to me & pushes his cold nose on me to let me know everything's OK.

Yeah. I think because he was living at my dads, he had gone so long without anyone paying attention to him that he forgot to do any tricks at all it's sad.

Ashenpaw, my border collie does a great high five! And he loves fetch!... However, the most unusual trick belongs to my elderly Shetland Sheepdog, Calypso. She herds trees. No, I am not kidding! She actually runs around the base of any tree <no need for squirrel or cat up in it> and barks, claws, jumps, and bites it. Since she's 12 now, she doesn't do it so vigorously any more, but she used to positively foam at the mouth while doing it.
