Hi,

I am looking into how dog parks provide access to members - with a key, special card or is the park an on your honor use with an open gate policy - or other means????

My dog park is a county park. They have a "gaurd" at the gate. You can either buy an annual pass (which includes other county parks) or a daily pass.
