You should try writing a letter or e-mail to the city council.

that's a good idea. or u could get a group of dog- lover's in ur area & propose the idea.

thats the thing, ther are many dog owners but not manny that "care" if you know what i mean. and becides they are already wasting their money on re-modleing the mills.when they arnt even used for anything. i mean come on use it for a GOOD cause. we have at least 4 diffrent baseball parks use dubble on one and turn the other into a dog park, whats wrong with that.
