the town i live in we dont have a dog park. so my puppy has no place to run so we can play fatch or stick. and i cant let him out bc hell run in the road. were else was or is a good place to let him run and play?

Does your town have any parks that are away from traffic? If your puppy ALWAYS comes when he's called and you ALWAYS carry around poop bags, the city authorities will often look the other way, even if there are leash laws.
