I'd do a lot with my face - gravity has been at work. I'd also reduce the size of my nose; I hate the darn thing! Most of all, I'd get some liposuction and excess skin removed, and my breasts put back where they used to be. After 4 children, all of them nursed, and a recent significant weight loss, I'm left with enough extra skin to make a whole new person! Or so it seems...
After having two very large children, I was left with awful stretch marks and an abundance of skin on my abdomen. In addition, gravity has taken its toll and my behind now rests squarely in the middle of my thighs (not a pretty sight). I would love to have a body lift to rectify both problems at once.
I would also like to have the lines and wrinkles removed from my face and have my teeth straightened and whitened.
Several years ago, I had breast augmentation done, and I have been exceedingly happy with the outcome. I am sure that as soon as I win the lottery (yeah right), I will continue improving my body through the wonders of plastic surgery.
I am 45 and have had 5 children, diagnosed with TypeII diabetes because of weight. I would have a tummy tuck to rid myself of all the loose skin from pregnancy. I would also have a breast augmentation later after toning my body up more. It seems no matter what I do, the skin just doesn't go away or tighten up as it did when I was younger. I, too, would like the payment plan...I have lots of living to do yet!
after losing 125 pounds i would love to have this extra skin removed from my stomach area. after being 330 pounds i never thought i would be so conciencious of my stomach. i do strive for the flatest stomach i can get.....but..............extra skin.....no $$
This scar looks likes a nightcrawler worm attached to my knee. It is on my left knee, several inches long (hence the worm analogy) and wraps around the inner side of my knee. It is thick and raised even after 10 years. This scar is the remnant of emergency surgery after being hit head-on by a drinking driver. I am happy to be alive but feel the stares when I wear shorts or skirts. We all have our flaws and burdens to bear but this one blind sided me and has greatly impacted my life.
I am not sure which ones I read previously about one person already loosing over 100lbs, but you do not have to wait until you get the money to have your tummy tuck. If you are working and have insurance, find a doctor that will take the time to write your insurance company a good letter of "medical necessity". I did and my insurance company paid for the abdominoplasty and the thigh lift. The only money that I had to come out of pocket with was for my liposuction and some extra hospital and anesthesiologist fees. All together, I came out about $2500. That is a huge help compared to the total of over $20,000! You know? I had a gastric bypass back in November of 2001 and I lost a little over 100lbs. I then found an excellent doctor that actually took the time to write my insurance company a letter and send pictures of me and they approved the abdominoplasty and the thigh lift. I actually needed the full body lift, but I took what my insurance was going to pay for. I will eventually go back to get all the other things fixed. Like my breasts and the rest of my upper and lower back. Right now, I am in recovery from the abdominoplasty. I had it done on August 17, 2004. I am kind of depressed right now, but I know that this procedure takes a long time to recover from. I need to find some people who have already had this procedure done so that I can be reassured that I am recovering okay.
No object, huh??? Lipo on neck, hips, thighs (I'm not overweight, but have "stubborn" areas) and laser to eliminate some sunspots/melasma on my face. I'm sure I'll have a breast lift somewhere down the line, but I don't need that yet!
If money was no object I would have all the scarring from 11 abdominal surgeries removed and a tummy tuck! yes I said 11 surgeries, all were of medical neccesity the last two were real mind bogglers, I have been told I am the youngest recipient of an Aorta-Fem bypass in the state of Utah and maybe the U.S. I have the most absurd looking stomach anyone has ever seen. I can't wear jeans anymore because they just don't make then to fit me. any way Cosmetic srgery is just a dream right now, but maybe in a few years it will be a reality! Keep dreaming people and keep saving up your money for what you are dreaming of becoming. I know I am
lynell1973, you got your insurance to pay? Contact me: babypoohbear@ambermyst.com I lost over 200 pounds. I look TERRIBLE! I have so much excess skin that I don't even like to let my doctor see me naked, much less anything else. ........ In answer to the question, I would get a full body lift. I have a TON of extra skin that hangs down. The majority of my weight was in my belly when I weighed 400 pounds. I had a HUGE belly. Now I have a HUGE amount of skin. My arms, I get get them done in a heartbeat. They were big too, so now I have bat wings like you wouldn't believe. All in all, I look terrible. It isn't just that I LOOK bad, but it makes it hard to dress since I have to stuff the extra skin in my clothes. Or make sure my clothes are big enough to cover the extra skin, like my sleeves need to be long enough so that the skin hanging down from my upper arms doesn't show. The only thing I lucked out on is that my double chin sucked back enough that THAT isn't also hanging down. Though I need my legs done REALLY bad, breasts, I have skin that just hangs there and I have to put that into a foam bra or else I am TOTALLY flat chested. I have skin that hangs down in my back. I have skin that hangs on my sides. I went from 400 to 165 and I am almost out of fat. The 'extra' weight now is all skin. I have lost what little butt I did have, it is flat... I am single and at this rate I will be single forever. I don't even date. That is a complete joke. I know, people are supposed to care about the inside, but I don't care how much you love someone, when you get all hot and heavey and reach up to cup a breast and grab a handful of nothing but skin... Nope! I am not even going to pretend that that will ever happen! Maybe, someday, if I ever get the $40,000 it takes for a full body lift, maybe then I would do it. But because of my weight I ruptured disks in my spine, causing me to be on morphine and disability. I get barely enough to live on, not even that, so I know I will never have the money for a full body lift. My only hope is to get picked up by one of these surgery shows that is willing to take on a full body lift. I had a gastric bypass because I couldn't even stand. I lost the weight, but still can't stand because of the damage the weight did to my spine.
def. my eyes! I am tired, tired of everyone saying I look sick or tired! I plan on saving and getting this done,I am sure I need other things as well since I am only 31 and have six children.(which include a set of twins and a 9 lb. baby)I know what you are thinking and yes they are all mine, yes they all have the same father. We were married when I was sixteen he was twenty. hence money is an object. No other procedure though is important to me just eyes and smile the two most important things you comunicate to others with.
At age 44, after losing weight through Weight Watchers and exercise, I've got excess skin issues so (in priority order)...
Thigh lift (if I could only have one thing, this would be it) Tummy tuck - just the skin, the muscles are tight Neck lift Face and brow lift Skin resurfacing maybe Breast lift maybe Butt lift maybe
I worked hard to get the weight off (gained it over 10 years and certainly expect to keep it off) and the excess skin just looks so awful. Plus I look older cause now I don't have fat filling in my face.
Ah well, I can dream.

If I could have some plastic surgery now, (I just retired from the United States Navy last August and had a baby) I would have my tummy liposuctioned or a tummy tuck. I am doing weight watchers and am struggling to lose the last 14 lbs. I am working out and my upper abds. are looking good but the extra skin from the baby is really depressing me. I recently had some capillaries in my face lasered and it is like magic, they are gone. I do think I also need my eyelids done, they are making me look tired. I will probably need breast implants too. UGH! I guess I need to be selected for the extreme makeover with this list.
If money was no object I would get a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a breast lift. I am a mother of twin boys and unfortunately the price you pay for motherhood takes a toll on your body. Never in my life would I think my pregnancy could stretch my body to the max. My stomach has severe stretch marks and the skin is all wrinkled. My breast hang low and I wish I could have lipo on my butt and thighs. I gained 80 lbs with my pregnancy and basically lost it all. So I guess you can imagine all the excess skin that hangs. Unfortunately, money is an object in which I do not possess much of.
Well besides takeing a world tour. I would have the scar I have on my arm reduced again by the best, since the last two times seemed to make it look worse. I would also fix my nose where the same Doc that did my last scar reduction did my nose job and left a nice scar and uneven nostrals. I would also get a breat job, face lift, gastric bypass, lippo, and maybe some face work. Course I would want to do as much at one time so I could get it over with and start my worl tour..
At 42 I have had a pretty hard life and it is starting to show. I have always been embarrassed by my breasts since i started growing them (thanks to an abusive stepfather). I just resently discovered that it sounds like the tubular breasts. they have never been full or large so i really would like to have that fixed. i am almost obsessed with that only i cannot afford it. also i would like to have liposuction on my stomach hips thighs and knees. on my face i would like my eyes done. they are always puffy no matter what i do. someday maybe it will be affordable for us working people but even financing (if i could find it, thanks to an ex husband) i still could not afford it.
That is great!! I have lost 50 pounds and have 40 more to go. Could you please contact me. I have question for you. Like what insurance did you have? sky1759@aol.com and what state do you live in? Thanks for the great info.
