I've lost 86 pounds in the last year - no I didn't get a gastric bypass or lapband. I did it with diet (portion control and calorie counting) and exercise. I'm 40 years old and I have alot of excess skin - I would have a total body lift!! I still have 29 pounds to lose to get to 125 pounds - I'll get there. But - I probably have about 15 - 20 pounds of excess skin.

Big Grin If money was no object i would definately have the tip of my nose reduced and my large nostrils made smaller. th bridge of my nose is perfect though. I would also have brest implants just a small c cup please, being a full b, i dont need them that much bigger, just something alittle bit more proportionate with my body. other than that im truly happy with everything.

Hi My name is Corry I am a 33 year old man,

At 19 years of age in Columbus Georgia I suffered 42% full thickness burns to my upper torso, arms, neck and back.I also ended up with swan neck deformities of my four fingers on my right hand and a web space contracture between my right thumb and index finger. I have web space contractures under both arms and have fairly restrictive contractures in my neck I barely have a chin due to the contractures in my neck my lower lips sags on one side, my breast look like a womans b cup my nipples are sagging downward with little shape. I put on weight hoping to stretch the scars in order to smooth them but this was unsuccessful because when I lost the weight they just shrunk back to the same old scars.I lost my identity 15 years ago but for a guy like myself with 3 children and a mentally ill wife living in Queensland Australia I can only dream of ever being able to pay for any kind of surgery to make me a little bit more normal a little bit more like everyone else. any advice or suggestions email mekylajehn@westnet.com.au

hmm, I would definately get a nose job, but not the type where you break it, as my nose itself has a pretty decent shape, I think my main issue is that there is too much bone, so I would get it shaved and have the tip made smaller. I like how it looks from the front, I just hate how it looks on a side angle.

Maybe breast implants because I am only even barely an A, but you have to replace those every 10 or so years, so money would definately not have to be an object, they are not a one time surgery.

Some skin treatments because my skin is scarred and terrible from ongoing acne complications. I'm so tired of wearing concealer, esp on undereyes.

And maybe some lipo on my arms, hips, thighs. Not much though.

I do think I'm pretty, but I wouldn't mind looking better.

but alas, money for me is an object, esp since college is putting me in debt for the rest of my life.
