I'm 44 and have 4 children; I weight 98 lbs. I exercise regularly, but my lower ab won't disappear. I've noticed since last year that my lower ab is getting bigger than it use to; I thought because i'm 44 now, i'm older. My body size all over is 0 - 2 exept my waist and lower ab, it's size 2 -3. It's a bit hard for me to find a clothes that would fit right cause my body is not proportion. I really would like to have a flat lower ab.

Please advise

By all means get a TT but only after a consultation with your doctor. Ask about your options. There may be non surgical procedures or even just a specific exercise that would work for you. But if given the go ahead signal by a doctor..then why not?

Do read up about TT before you do it though. It helps to always know more before deciding to do anything.

Here's a link to an article (with video) that might be helpful. http://www.body-philosophy.net/tummy_tuck_abdominoplasty
