HI. I watch the show on mondays and love it .and on one of the shows there was a guy on there that the doc said that he needs to start on a shake first before he can operate on him . any one knows what the name of the shakes that they want you to take first . ?? my name is rod

Hi Rod,
They prescribe New Direction but you can do the same with Slim Fast Optima. Four shakes a day.
