I like the lighter moments of this show as well as the informative aspects of learning about obesity. And hey, you never hear lines like this on "Grey's Anatomy":

"Garth, there's a big spleen there...you're making me nervous."

That cracked me up (the keys comment). The doctor's constant banter makes the show so much easier to watch. I also like when Big D gets on his soap box and talks about insurance.

That got a giggle out of me too! Thank goodness my husband isn't a surgeon...
