Most if not all of the plastic surgeries on the show are done at Twelve Oaks Medical Center why is it made to llok like it is done at Methodist hospital I feel it is dishonest.

This is absolutely true. Dr. lomonaco works at twelve oaks, which is a very good hospital with an excellent weight loss program. I think the editing guys do not understand about the importance of recognizing the hospital, but I personally salute twelve oaks for thei care of patients suffering from obesity, and this will be remedied in future seasons.
