Since malnutrician is a big concern. (I believe 30 percent of gastric bypass patients have some form of it.)Why bypass so much small intestine?
Wouldn't it be better to leave a little more?
Maybe take only half of three quarters of what you would normally take. What kind of impact would that make on the success of the surgery?
