First, I absolutely LOVE this show. I've been a "Bugger" off and on for nearly 50 years, and have always wished there were a show like this!

Second, when can we expect to see some new episodes? I'm sure the show is popular enough, as I'm on several Insect Forums where the show is talked about and all the comments are positive. Please note, I'm NOT complaining about the reruns; I watch the show every week, and constantly see things which I had previously missed. I'm just curious when there will be some new ones.

Great to hear you are enjoying te show! And yes - I can imagine you want to see new material. Well... we are working on that right now. We are frantically filming the next seven episodes that will go to air as they become available after editing and finalising... and yes, Animal Planet are wasting no time putting the new episodes to air as soon as they have been finished.
Look forward to incredible stuff we shot in Alaska and the Okefenokee swamp; currently we are filming all over the USA and Hawaii and there's heaps more to do before Christmas comes.
So - I reckon it pays to hang in there and see what's coming up
