Odd question, has anyone ever heard of someone being allergic to holding a live snake? I've done some research on it and theres nothing out there on that kind of allergy.

I'm not allergic, I've got a snake along with my bf's. One of the girls I work with said the last time she picked up a snake she broke out. There's nothing about a snake you could be allergic to, even my bf couldn't figure it out.

She may have made the comment so that she would not be subjected to your snake at any point in time. I've never heard of anything like that before, but there may be some sliver of a possibility that she could be allergic to the anal glands that are sometimes given off when a snake feels threatened. This is only my guess, but I don't think she's allergic.
