We have a box turtle and she hasn't eaten anything for like three weeks. She also walks around with her head in the shell, like its stuck, but its not. Just wondering if anyone knows why she'd be doing this.

Just a little background. We've had her for about 20 yrs now. Got her from some friends. She's an indoor pet and always have been. She'd stop eating every so often before but the longest before was for a week. And we've even tried giving her some of her favorites like meat and strawberries, but she won't even come out and check them out. Just never done this before.
