In some of the opening credit sequences, there is a shot of Jamie with some kind of apparatus that spreads open his lips and cheeks so that his teeth are entirely exposed (it looks pretty freaky).

What episode is this from? I was pretty sure I'd seen every MB episode at this point but realized I didn't know where that was from.

Makes sense. At one time the credits included a shot of Adam sitting in a tub of ice, from the never-actually-done myth of harvesting organs while you sleep.

They did the shots for the promo, but never actually took on the myth. I don't know why not.

The episode was 'Steam-cannon'.

They looked at three myths; Steam cannon, Cereal boxes are better for you than the cereal and last of all the fan myth that Adam had the dirtiest teeth of all the MB's.

The shot in the titles came from the last of the three.

Bleaching teeth only came into play when one of the team decided to cheat, and had their teeth whitened after coming in last.
