How does one donate a car to the show?

My roommate has 90-something Ford Probe "Jack" than runs poorly, but can't be driven, because it cant be inspected, because the guy who sold it to her couldn't find the title. After several tickets and the car sitting in the parking lot for almost 2 years she would love nothing more than to see Jack blown to bits.

Does the show need cars? Will they accept them from out of state? Will they accept them with out a title?

Because her "friend" is an idiot. She bought and accepted a car without getting the title from the seller. This means she can never get the car registered or insured. Or for that matter sell it or even give it away.

Scrap yards won't even accept a car without a title.

Her "friend" should just park the car on the street and let it get towed away. The person she got the car from will be held responsible for any tickets and towing and storage fees since they are still the title holder.
