You have to live in the USA to be able to watch some of the videos posted on this board. This is not unique to Discovery, the same holds for CBS as well.
The quality of those video's you can watch depend on the speed of your internet connection and the specifications of your computer. Discovery seems to stream high resolution videos, which (naturally) require higher modem speeds to view correctly. Possible solutions you could try are;
You could try pausing the videos and waiting for a few minutes. This allows the computer to get a head start in buffering a video.
Make sure that all your drivers are up to date.
Install a web-browser other than windows explorer - Firefox is a good one to look at, and its free. Sometimes videos will not run - or not run well - on one browser while running fine on another. (You do not have to uninstall explorer - you can have multiple browsers on your system, and use which one you want to).
Check your firewall. This can slow internet connections if not correctly configured, or if you have two running at once. A Common mistake is to have two firewalls running at once - remember that windows comes with its own firewall.

Your English is fine. In fact it is a LOT better than many of the people who come here for whom it is their first and only language.
