Hey just had a question about post tension concrete and using safes and anchors to secure stuff like bikes and ATVs. I seem to remember when moving in being told that you were not to drill into a foundation that was made of this type of concrete. So if that is true how/where would one secure a safe since otherwise people will just walk off with it? Also any ideas for securing 2-5 bicycles without obviously using anything drilled into the foundation and preferably something that can used inside. Currently I keep the bikes locked with U-Locks and then all locked together with 1" cable and lock cut resistant deadbolt.
