I am trying to get my mom on this show and I was wondering can you request which designer you want? She is a BIG fan of Mark and she would flip if he was the one who came to do her room.

I dunno, but when she applies if she gets to the stage where she can submit a video she can say that she likes Mark Montano.. I don't know if they give people designers upon request, but she can mention it and see if they go for it.

yeah, but what if they think that she just wants to do the show to meet him?? I dunno...

i don;t think they would think that. i think everyone that does the show has a personal favorite designer. and who wouldn't want their favorite showing up at their door. if you like a certain designer and would like their style reflected in your home, i don't think it hurts to ask, but it doesn't mean it will happen. but if they know maybe it could work out.
