i am looking for an artist in maryland to do a tat of my parents. there are artists all over the place here but i am looking for one thats got a rep for being very good, nay great ! i have some tats now but will be very particular about this one for obvious reasons . any help is greatly appreciated. i am will to travel a little out of state to get this one done.

Try Tattoo Charlie's Place, they've been around since 1938, and claim to be America's second oldest shop, the artists are Dennis and Gale Watkins
