I wonder how the SA will get all of the lies that she has told in front of the jury? She won't be taking the stand? Do you think that they will show videos and read her early interviews before she had lawyered up? I hope so because she will not be able to deny what she said in these interviews and how she mislead the very people that were trying to find her missing daughter. Grrrrr.

Seriously, if the DA has to list each lie from her very first statement until she got Baez, it still will take weeks to list each lie one by one and offer proof of the deception for each.
I mean just in that one short half page statement she gave there were tons of lies.
I have read and listened to lies I never heard or noticed before but have discovered were lies based on evidence. But some of her lies were obvious, working at universal, dropping Caylee at Sawgrass apt. then at top of stairs, she claims in first interview she NEVER corresponded with zanny over myspace only cellphone and text (because she had to explain why no aim messages or myspace messages but she already used the I lost the phone that had the sim card with the zanny's info and texts lie). SHe states it happened on the 9th and last talked to zanny on 12th. She stated zanny had NO KIDS OF HER OWN. She states zanny was NOT in Orlando. She states Zanny's mom and sister live in Miami. She stated that Zanny's brother lives in New York. She stated that she told only two people about Caylee being missing Jeffrey Michael Hopkins and Juliette Lewis. She stated that she zanny babysat Jeff's son and Caylee at Jeff's house mostly before he moved to Jacksonville. SHe said that she dropped Caylee at Zanny's mom's condo but that was a retirement facility across from Ricardo's apt. complex. She stated that Zanny had two roommates and lived at Sawgrass for over ayear and then tells investigators zanny moved into that apt. a few months earlier from living at her mom's condo with her sister, but mom moved out and got another place until zanny moved to Sawgrass. She claims that she went to Fusion to look for Zanny.
Good Evening twinz and Anna I believe that once they get the investigators, Yuri Mellich, Edwards, Allen all on the witness stand they will be able to lay the foundation about the wild goose chase that Casey took them on, the foundation will be l aid about how she hindered the investigation, how she admitted that it was all lies that she stated. Then after they testify, then Tony, Ricardo, Jesse all the other witnesses will all show that it was a consistant lie being told to everyone about where Caylee was or where she was. Once that foundation is l aid out then they can delve deeper into the details about Sawgrass. But then later they will have to question the Anthony's to get in the other versions of the Blanchard Park story in. Of course they will all be hostile witnesses which will be in the favor of Caylee/prosecution for then they can ask them more detailed information regarding what Casey told them.
Hi everyone, Question: If the A's lie on the stand, and I think there is no doubt that they will, does their testimony get thrown out? If they are shown to be commiting perjury?
I have follow up questions to this one depending on the answers given.
The testimony wouldn't be thrown out, however; there are conditions that must be met to claim perjury. One is deliberately lying to skew the outcome of a case, and I can't recall the other, lol.
slbas, interesting questions. I would like to add to your questions. I do not think that perjury charges, if Cindy and George lie, would appear until after KC's trial is over. What would happen is, IMO, the SA would present follow up testimony or evidence to rebut their testimony. Finding prosecutable perjury is like nailing jello to a wall. The only type of perjury that will get prosecuted is perjury that can affect the outcome of the case or sway the jury in the wrong direction. They will not prosecute Cindy if she says that in her opinion KC's car smelled like rotting pizza (even though we know she did not think that - an out and out lie). The SA will just present evidence, experts and forensics, that make the inarguable case that the smell came from a rotting body.
I do think that it is likely that George and Cindy will lie so largely and often trying to damage the case against KC, that there will plenty of perjury to prosecute. But, the charges will come after KC is convicted. JMO

Anna, Great info about the perjury. But I was trying to head in another direction,(not very well) My questions aren't geared toward the fact that the A's may get prosecuted for perjury. I really don't care any more about that because they will continue to live their hellish existence, and it will fester, from the inside out, for the rest of their lives. That I am certain of. Even If this had never happened to Caylee those people would have never been happy. Those type never are.
What I was wondering was, are Cindy and George doing all of this on purpose. The lies, the confusion the changing of stories, all so that every statement is such a boggled mess that when they are finally on the stand and lie lie lie, the testimony is either thrown out or completely disregarded.

The good damaging evidence thrown out with the bad. Or is this scenario not possible if they have been declared hostile witnesses?
Maybe this never happens and I watch too many crime tv shows.

I still have a hard time listening to the Crusty Skanky Blackhearted Witch she just infuriates me and fires and fuels my anger towards her more..HER MOUTH IS PATHETIC..AS SHE IS BEYOND PATHETIC..She deserves everything she has coming to her!!! there is alot of wasted flesh on this planet and this girl is a prime canidate!
