Cindy admits in her depo that when she went to Lazzaro’s apt she never asked for Caylee…I guess she expects Tony Amy and Tony’s roommate to testify that she never once asked for Caylee…which is the main reason she went over there in the first place …so she says. But her excuse for NOT asking for Caylee in the hallway of that apartment building wasssssss…because she could smell the room was reeking with smoke and she knew Casey would NEVER have Caylee in a smokey room.
Considering .. she just left a car that smelled like “a dead body “ had been in it ..and she had already been informed that Casey was alive and well by Amy..what on earth would she rather have found…Caylee in that smokey room or not in it and dead? According to Cindy..Casey was such a good mommy that she would never have Caylee in a smokey room BUT she took her to spend the night at Ricardos and had her sleeping in the bed with him and her most of the week before..and she took Caylee to Fusion .. other house parties..and oh yeah she also killed her.
When asked about Caylee’s bedtime and her and Casey’s routine at night…Cindy has them all curled up on the bed watching Desperate Housewives with Caylee sleeping in between THEM..and Caylee going to bed at around 8 or 9 depending…all so sweet and innocent..but she leaves out the fac t that Caylee was barely home the week before sleeping God only knows where and at Ricardos and staying out partying with mom at Fusion..
What planet does this woman live on?
She and Casey were such best friends that she thought Casey was keeping Caylee from her (for no reason) so she wrote Casey a very embarrassing note on her myspace for all her friends to see about not having any money or future and being jealous of her daughter….BUT note that in her depo she said that she would NEVER yell at her children or disrespect them in front of their friends…despite the fact that more than one friend had experienced her disrespecting her daughter…if not by calling them to tell them she was a sociopath..or trying to get Caylee to call HER mommy..then just by putting her down when friends were around and calling her like a maniac when she was out .
WHO ….WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO asks their child what should their grandchild call them? Is this something new that I haven’t heard about or what? What did she have Casey and Lee call their grandmother?
Sindy just digs herself deeper and deeper. She makes me ill everytime she open her mouth. Does she not think for one second that the people that know her will not tell the truth when they are called to testify.. or does she think she can out talk everyone in the world. Did the people at Tony's apartment that night really say she ( Sindy ) never asked for Caylee when she got there ??? I didn't see that anywhere ..
re: Becky...I can underatnd that .. but WHY would she when she had just been made aware that Casey had been lying to her...and her car smelled like a dead body and Caylee's car seat..babydoll and backpack were in it. If she were with a fake nanny then why would she not have her stuff? If it were me I am certain that the first words out of my mouth would have been ..where is the baby?
Ladykim...I would have to check their interviews...but I am only going by what Cindy said in her latest depo...she said she did not and gave that excuse...I think she was anticipating that they would say that so she admitted it first and gave a reason for it.
I can't answer why she didn't ask that right away, but I think she was probably in such a frenzy, so angry at Casey, and probably thought Casey had ditched Caylee with someone so she could shack up with her boyfriend. Didn't she say to Casey in the car "take me to Caylee" or something like that? I can see why she would want to get Casey away from the apartment before she started asking about Caylee.
I think ..Where is the baby? would be the only thing coming out of my mouth after smelling that car and seeing all her stuff in there. I would have hoped she was in that apartment and probably pushed my way in to see if she was.
I do believe that Casey did not want Caylee around smoke.
But, in this situation..imo..Cindy was probably livid, when she went there. She wanted to know where her granddaughter was.
Yes..Pecanmama..they did go outside..Amy knocked at the door, (and only Amy was visibe..to Casey, at that point)..so what does that tell you. When Casey went to the door, Cindy was standing . off to the 'side.' So..back to smoke, I can not believe as angry as Cindy was..she went to the door, and thought..wait a minute, I smell smoke, so I don't think Caylee is here, so I am not going to bother to ask. She was too mad, and she wanted answers! jmo
