Upon reading an interview with Jessse Grund he makes some statements that very well give the defense ammunition:

EE: And this is completely speculative, but if something did occur where do you think she would put that child?

JG: Uhm, my first guess was the house. Uhm, but again, the house has obviously been searched. So it’s not there anymore.So it's not there anymore Uhm, you know uh, she knew that area of town pretty well. Uhm, but I think she would stay familiar and stay close to home, so any one of those little parks that’s anywhere close to her house. I never went to a park with her and Caylee before, though so. The only place I ever really went that was secluded for the two of us…

this is three statements within one question that he gives the location, where he thinks she is and not to mention he says the same thing she does close to home

i still don't believe for one min. jesse had ANYTING at all to do with this had NO knowledge of it at all, don't believe casey ever said anything to him about any of it, i totally believe he didn't even know she was missing until it broke in the news like everyone else

Good spotting and work, but Jesse has been cleared by LE and passed a polygraph. I just think he knows Casey pretty well and her habits. Another friend supposedly told LE about the field as well before Caylee was discovered.

I think Casey could change with the friends she was with, but she had to have her comfort zones and habits that did not change. I think if my ex were to do something that terrible I could give clues to LE as well. I might even be spot on without knowing it. I got used to his habits even if his personality changed. I think Casey was comfortable close to home, it was all she knew without being someone else. It was a place she grew up around, knew the element that would hang out there or not hang out, she was aware of her surroundings, maybe she was the type to hold onto things and Jesse figured she would act out and then try to hold on as long as she could.

Over all that is a good catch, but the defense will have a hard time defending Casey with that. 1. Jesse is not on trial and cannot be put on trial for their defense reasons 2. The defense cannot ask the jury to deliberate on his guilt 3. While polygraphs are not admissable in court, the prosecution can take his answers from that and examine him on the stand and/or give the defense a damage to their attempt to discredit him. They can try to admit into evidence their findings that would discredit their claims of his having knowledge, being a helper, or active participant.

If the defense is going to rely on wordings from statements they better have a damn good excuse for all of Caseys mistakes in her statements.

I think the defense can pick apart every word and statement made by each person all they want that does NOT change the fact that Jesse passed a polygraph and has an alibi not to mention he LOVED CAYLEE, why would he hurt her????? Makes no sense to me. Casey was the one that was wanting by and through her statements and her ACTIONS before and AFTER Caylee was "missing" to be a single parent with no responsibilities for her little snothead.

I mean seriously, Kiomarie Cruz actually described the remains site as their hang out spot and place they buried dead pets. Yet the Anthony family DOES NOT go all over the media accusing her of ANYTHING!!!!! If I were the defense attorneys I would run with the Kiomarie Cruz theory way faster than even considering Jesse Grund, a former law enforcement officer who passed a polygraph, loved Caylee and was BEYOND COOPERATIVE from day one!

Was it also Jesse or another person who worked for some sporting type store that she lied about working at as well? I think the Juliette that Casey named was Juliette Lewis (like the actress from Natural Born Killers of all movies) and she either said she worked at Universal with her or something and that she just quit a few days prior and moved so the phone number she had was a bad one, cause it changed (like everyone elses she lied about). In Casey world no one keeps a phone number longer then a week. Maybe it was TGIF's she was supposed to work at, but there was one from Universal and one from TGIF's and TGIF could not verify an employment record for that particular person.

Raquel Farrell , one of ZFG roommates, is the one Casey had working at TGI Fridays . Casey's fake job was at Sports Authority .
