Maybe I missed it, but were there any forensic results regarding the pregnancy test found at the crime scene released yet?

I didn't see anything, but that really made me think when I saw that on the list. Was Casey hoping that she might be again pregnant... this time with Tony's kid?

wouldn't her DNA be on the preg. test? and if so that certainly ties her to the remains.

If it was a used pregnancy test, then yes, it would be safe to assume her DNA would most definitely be on the test. That would undoubtedly tie her to the crime scene.

I wanted to wait for some replies just to make sure I wasn't overlooking that this was already released, but IF it was a used test and IF it has her DNA on it,then obviously it was negative. Could this have sent her over the edge?

Maybe the pregnancy test is the "bombshell" that the state is holding on to.

Tami--you could be on to something. First, Casey was telling people she had miscarried Brandon Snow's baby and she was very upset just a few months before. Maybe she thought if she HAD been pregnant they could have remained a couple. So maybe she was trying to get pregnant again with Tony's baby, once he stated he didn't want kids, especially girls, she might have freaked out because there goes another plot to "hold her man hostage". Maybe she was hoping she was and then Tony would take her and Caylee in permanently, but after he made that statement and she found out she was NOT pregnant, and he would NOT want Caylee to sleep over at his house, she had nothing to hold onto him and how can any man save her when she has the little "snothead" in the way.

Wouldn't it really be something if this was indeed a used FALSE pregnancy test that (1) has Casey's DNA and fingerprints all over it to further slam that jailhouse door shut permanently on this monster and (2) the DA holds onto this piece of info tell the very last second they are allowed to under the law.

Imagine the defense's faces getting that little piece of discovery. Yeah, defense its getting harder and harder to mount that defense, now isn't it????

She probably bought the test at Target or Walmart…wonder if it was on a receipt? What brand was it? I have seen the brand First Response at Walmart..

Am I going loco, or sometime in the investigation late last year or early this year did one of the transcripts include a question to George(?) about Casey maybe having been pregnant?? I am almost sure I heard someone ask him or Cindy that and they said she was not and wouldn't get pregnant again until she was married. (which cracked me up, and why I remember) I thought they were asking because of the Brandon Snow story and their supposed fight at the No Clothes Party about this "miscarriage". Now I am really wondering....

Blaze, maybe we haven't seen all of the receipts yet because it was not on any of the ones released. Now, that would be a bombshell!

Yes, that would make sense, she was trying to trap Tony. She couldn't get anyone else to stay with her any other way. It was obvious. Even after she let guys into the "no parking zone" she blamed Caylee for them not wanting her or staying with her. Little did she know it was about her character flaws, not that she had Caylee.

What about Jesse? He wanted Caylee around, only she wanted to be the center of the universe and with Jesse, she wasn't. Tony R. also had no problem with them both spending the night, but Tony was different. Caylee had to go...

How STUPID is Casey if, in fact, it turns out that it was her pregnancy test?

If she had half a brain, she would have thrown the pregnancy test away in some dumpster or random trash can somewhere in Orlando, never to be seen again. Instead, she LEAVES IT WITH THE REMAINS, like some kind of twisted calling card signature.

Don't get me wrong---if that is what she did, I'll be glad, because I want to see her convicted. I just don't get the depths of her just plain ol' stupidity sometimes.

Wasn't that whole area submerged? What are the chances it would still contain DNA?

I wonder if a pregnancy test that had been under water for months and exposed to other weather conditions like extreme heat and humidity, etc. would have any trace evidence left on it........

regarding theories about her not being pregnant.....

I don't see that as a set back for her, if she wasn't pregnant at the time, no big deal, she could still plan/plot to try to get pregnant
