I read somewhere that there was a rental card filled out at the Sawgrass Appartments by a Zenaida Gonzalez. I wonder if it was in Casey's hand writing. She was looking for an appartment and may have filled out the card using that name because she has no income or job. That card has always bugged me.
Hi Pre10r ~ I read somewhere that a Zenaida Gonzalez did in fact look at apartments at Sawgrass. It's believed that KC was within earshot of that visit and that's how she could've come up with that name and address for the nanny.
It will be interesting to see what story they try to come up with. They cannot continue the nanny story. Everyone knows that there isnt a nanny. They would have to explain why The death band hair was in her trunk matches the hair found on the remains. There is going to be a quick end to the Nanny story by her defense, her defense team is going to take another direction. Put a fork in it...its done, we just need to wait for trial and her sentencing.
Here is my prediction: Casey will get life, some weirdo guy who thought she was cute on tv will get in contact with her, they will get married and during "visits" she will get pregnant and have another child! if they still do those kind of visits...
June17th Zenaida C. Gonzalez herself went to Sawgrasse Apts and the proof was a Guest Form the Mgt has everyone fill out when they inquire about an apt there. This form was released with the evidence documents and shows that it was signed and dated by Zenaida C. Gonzalez.

I know Florida does not have those kinds of visits and I don't think they ever have. Ted Bundy and his girlfriend that got pregnant did it on the sly on a regular visit.

Wow, you folks rock! The Zanny is still great for the prosecution me thinks.
Even Cindy and George would have to find her guilty at this point.
Casey said to the 911 operator that she received a cell phone call from Caylee at noon that very day. It was proven that there were no incoming calls from any strange numbers on that day. That's an enourmous lie right off the bat.
Anyway the opening arguments should be enough to make any jury member say to themselves "This woman thinks were all stupid, plus now the defense team is going to try and convince us of that as well" Good luck Biaz. Unless the dream team shows up with a video of someone else killing and hiding little Caylee then they'll have no chance. The truth shall set Casey free but I don't want her to be free, much suffering is better. Little Caylee singing should be pumped into her cell daily and end with, "why did you kill me mommy?"
Something I can not get my head around, it has left me baffled is this. For over a year she had called the nanny "Zanny" to all her friends and her parents, every interview of friends and parents do state this, so I do believe she referred to her all that time. Her one ex-boyfriend even said he asked Casey what Zanny was short for, what was her real name, and she told him Zenaida. Now, what I cannot understand was if she was using this name all that time, how could she have known about Zenaida Gonzaloz going to the Sawgrass Apartments, (on June 17, mind you, the day after Caylee's real disappearance) and Zeniada filling out a rental form, etc. Does anyone have any insights on this, it just does not make sense, unless she actually knew this person. Also, I did read that the manager of the Sawgrass apartments does remember Zeniada Gonzaloz and it was not Casey. Because I did think that it could have just been Casey using that name etc, to have the link to the apartments, but the managers testimony blew that out of the water for me.

I have wondered this myself. I remember when they first interviewed Jesse Grund and his dad, and them saying they had already heard of Zanny the nanny. So I don't know how ironic the sawgrass Zanaida and Zanny come into play.

I know, it is too uncommon a name to just be a mere coincidence. Just one more baffling factoid in this crazy case. Just wonder how the prosecution would explain this one if it came up during the trial.

There's all kinds of speculation about this. It's possible Casey somehow connected with Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales on her MySpace page and found out ZFG was going to visit the Sawgrass on the 17th. It's also possible somebody Casey knew who lived at Sawgrass somehow passed the ZFG info to Casey. One more possibility is that Casey just happened to come across ZFG at the Sawgrass on the 17th by pure coincidence.

That was a very insightful response, so thank you, did not even think of those scenerios. But I have not heard whether or not the Zenaida Gonzoloz who went to the apartments and is now suing her even has had or has Fernandez as one of her names, I have not heard Fernandez associated with her at all.
