There are so many missing parts of this investigation (or at least not being reported by officials) that it is difficult to make heads or tails of things.
Does anyone have PROOF that Cindy (grandma) was actually filming Caley with her great grandfather on Father's Day? So far, Cindy is the only one saying this. Should not be THAT difficult to find out precisely what day Casey and/or Cindy took Caley to that nursing home to visit Great Grandpa.
Casey said that Caley's "real father" died in a car accident on his way to Caley's second birthday party. Now Cindy says they never knew who the real father of Caley was?!! How difficult is THAT to figure out?
Why did Casey leave her car at that shopping center and not call her father or mother to pick her up? She said she ran out of gas ? Riiiight.
I honestly do not believe that Casey's parents were involved in Caley's murder but I definitely believe they are doing their best to cover up everything they can.
I'm not completely positive, Janet, but I think the dates of that video have been verified. Usually those things are timestamped, but in any case there is a sign in book at the rest home, and apparently Cindy did sign in that she and Caylee visited on Father's Day. I get the impression that this is all verifiable.
Seaking of time stamps, the photographer who took the now infamous Blue Dress Party pics of Casey says those are stamped the 20th of June. I wish someone would tell the Anthony's that those pictures are definitely after Casey became missing. I'm tired of their contention that those are old pictures. I realize that not all of the pictures being trotted out are post-Caylee missing, but I'm pretty sure the Blue Dress ones are.
My interpretation of the comment Cindy posted on myspace is because she thought Casey was not letting her see Caylee.
The timeline seems to have lost a couple of items: On June 25 Casey called Jessie Grund and told him she could go away with him for the weekend. Also, on June 27, Casey abandoned the car at the Amscot check cashing business and called Anthony Lazzaro for a ride.
I'll get a transcript when it's posted so I don't misquote here, but the afternoon of the 16th, according to his source, on Casey's phone records there is a flurry of phone calls to Cindy and George on their home, cell, work numbers. She apparently couldn't reach any of them as the calls are only about a minute long. The activity stops and then the flurry resumes on the 18th. I will get the times referenced on the re-broadcast this evening.
Also, per Fuhrman, the shovel was borrowed from the neighbor on (Wednesday afternoon) the 18th of June! Why was Casey concerned with bamboo shoots on the 18th of June? Why is she coming and going from the house and not bringing Caylee with her? How likely was it that she stopped home to dig up shoots? The neighbor says (as reported earlier) Casey backed the car into her garage that day and they had never observed her doing that before. She apparently did not use the shovel to break the shed lock as earlier speculated.
Per the Anthonys:
Cindy and Casey swam in the family's above ground pool on the evening of (Sunday) June 15th. After swimming, they removed the ladder as per habit so Caylee couldn't get into the pool. On the morning of June 17th (Tuesday) Cindy observed that the ladder had been placed at the pool again and the gate left open. She has no idea how that happened.
ok, i think they need to put the vacation which george and cindy took into the timeline. i've heard it mentioned, i think that's when something really bad happened to caylee. if every moment is accounted for from the last time anyone saw caylee with their eyes until the 911 calls, you will solve what happened. verify the actions of all, casey, cindy, george, and lee. solved.
Another reason George and Cindy's vacation dates are important, if Casey left to "bond" with Caylee, why not stay at the house and bond while Cindy and George were gone?
If Casey was bonding, why did no one see them together from the 16th of June onward?
There has to have been an incident on or around the 15th between Cindy and Casey to make Casey leave, and to virtually keep Caylee away from Cindy. Cindy distinctly told the 911 operator that Casey was "missing" as well. Why would she use that term if she knew where and why Casey was gone?
I think that one reason why the 24th of June is an important date is that it is the date that Cindy found out about the credit card charges and likely the date the money stopped for Casey. It's the second time we know for sure she went back to the house. Since George said that he watches a particular program before leaving for work each day, and this program gets over at 1:00 I wonder if when Casey showed up at the house at around 2:30 on the 24th she was surprised to see George still home?
8/6/08 Casey Anthony says that she now believes the child's life is in danger, per Cindy Anthony. I don't know what Casey would base this on other than one of her "gut" feelings. Also, curious how Cindy got this information. Maybe through Jose Baez? Is casey saying this because she's afraid the body will be discovered now?
ok, wait a second. first they said they didn't know where casey/caylee were for the 31 days. that is what cindy said on the 911 call. then, they said the gas cans were stolen on the 24th of june. then in an interview with greta, george said he saw casey at the house on the 24th of june and asked her to get something out of the trunk of her car and she didn't want him to but he did anyway. when he opened the trunk he saw the gas cans. something is wrong here. when he reported the gas cans stolen, did he say it was casey who took them? i think george is covering for casey big time. i think cindy and casey had a fight, cindy prob told her to get out of the house but leave caylee. casey, to be spiteful to her mom, told her "then i'm taking caylee and you won't see her" george stays quiet a lot and lets cindy do all the talking. if on june 24th he saw the gas cans in the trunk of her car, why did he report them stolen? also, what about the smell in the trunk? he didn't smell it? or maybe he did! maybe daddy is covering for his daughter. i think they got sick of her partying too much, not working and not being a good mom. they were trying to show her some tough love, but it backfired. i bet they wish they never let casey take caylee away. you can tell cindy(grandma) really loved that little girl. very sad.
In the burglary report it says George reported it on the 24th at 10:30. Since they seem to use military time, I would assume that was a.m. George says that Casey came strolling in the house on the 24th around 2:30 in the afternoon. I doubt that he reported to cops that she was the one who stole the cans. In fact, I suspect that didn't come out until the other day when George went back to the house with CSI and detectives and they retrieved two bags. I think it was the gas cans they recovered then.
I also suspect that they knew damn well who took the gas cans which is why George asked Casey if she had talked to her mom that day. That's when Casey said, "Oh, sorry that the shed was broken into." I also think this is the real reason why George wanted to look in the car. He probably suspected the cans would be in there, because I heard she had stolen gas from the family before. And, by the 24th, they had probably canceled the credit cards.
Well, if they found magets and fluid in the trunk of the car they can then do alot of tests. And the magets can give a time line of death. I figure if they have that then that will give the police more of a time line of when she did disappeared. Now if there wasnt magets I have read and heard reports that theirs was. then it could be easy if not then they need the body and even then depending on the decompsition of the body they may not be able to get a time line of death. We know she was last seen on the 16th of June and from then on who knows because casey has been lying since day one. Lets just hope they find her.....
