I, Casey Anthony do hearby voluntarily make the following statement without threat, coercion, offer of benefit or favor by any persons whomsoever.

On Monday, June 9, 2008 (WORD "around" crossed out) between 9am and 1pm, I, Casey Anthony took my daughter, Caylee Marie Anthoy, to her nanny's apartment. Caylee will be 3-years-old on August 9, 2008. She was born on August 9, 2005. Caylee is about 3 feet tall, white female with shoulder-length, light brown hair. She has dark hazel eyes (brown/green), and a small birth mark on her left shoulder. On the day of her disappearance, Caylee was wearing a pink shirt, with jean shorts, white sneakers and her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. On Monday, June 9, 2008, between 9am and 1pm, I took Caylee to the Sawgrass apartments,
located on Conway Rd. Caylee's nanny Zenaida Fernandes-Gonzalez has watched her for the past year and a half, to two years. Zenaida is twenty-five years old, and is from New York. She is roughly 5 foot 7 inches tall, 140 pounds. She has dark brown, curly hair, and brown eyes. Zenaida's birthday is in September. I met Zenaida, through a mutual friend, Jeffery Michael Hopkins. She had watched his son, Zachary Hopkins, for aout 6 months, to a year. I met Zenaida in 2004, around Christmas. On the date listed above, June 9, 2008, after dropping Caylee off at Zanaida's apartment, I proceeded to head to my place of employment, Universal Studios Orlando. I have worked at Universal for over 4 years, since June of 2004. I left work around 5pm, and went back to the apartment to pick-up my daughter. However after reaching the apartment I realized that neither Zenaida, Caylee, or either of her two roommates were home. I have briefly met Raquel Farrel, and Jennifer Rasa, on various occasions. After calling Zenaida to see where she and Caylee were, and when they were coming home, I waited outside of the apartment. I had called Zenaida earlier that morning, prior to bringing Caylee over for the afteroon. When I called her that afternoon, her phone was no longer in service. Two hours passed, and around 7pm, I left the apartment, and headed to familiar
places that Zenaida would go with Caylee. One of Caylee's favorite places is Jay Blanchard Park. I spent the rest of that evening pacing and worrying, at one of the few places I felt "at home", my boyfriend Anthony Lazzaro's apartment. For the past four weeks, since Caylee's disappearance, I have stayed at Anthony's apartment, in Sutton Place. I have spent everyday, since Monday, June 9, 2008, looking for my daughter. I have lied and stolen from friends and family, to do whatever I could by any means to find my daughter. I avoided calling the police, or even notifying my own family out of fear. I have been, and still am afraid of what has, or may happen to Caylee. I have not had any contact with Zenaida since Thursday, June 12, 2008. I received a quick call from Zenaida. Not once have I been able to ask her for my daughter, or gain any information on where I can find her. Everyday, I have gone to malls, parks, and any place I could remember Zenaida taking Caylee. I have gone out, and tried to find any informaiton about Caylee, or Zenaida, whether by going to a popular bar, or restaurant. I have contacted Jeff Hopkins on several occasions to see if he had heard from, or seen Zenaida. Jeff currently lives in Jacksville, Florida. On Tuesday July 15, 2008, around 12pm, I received a phone call from my daughter, Caylee. Today was the first day I have heard her voice in over 4 weeks. I'm afraid of what Caylee is going through after 31 days. I know that the only thing that matters is getting my daughter back. With many and all attempts to contact Zeraida, and with in the one short conversation, on June 12, 2008, I was never able to check on the status or well being of my daughter. Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why Caylee is no longer in Orlando or if she is ever going to bring her home.

Well, well, well. What HAS happened??? Mistake in word selection, I think NOT. She knew what HAS happened already that is why instead of pacing back and forth at Tony's like she claims here, they were arm in arm selecting movies at Blockbusters.

This is the first I've heard that Casey believed the child was not Orlando. Why was she saying earlier that she had no clue, no idea where Caylee was. She never once said to police out loud that she believed Caylee was not still in Orlando.

What a COINCIDENCE that the very day that your mommy hunts you down at the boyfriend's loveshack, you get a call from your "KIDNAPPED" daughter. (You know how Cindy always says ""NO ODOR" there was NO ODOR in the car when they towed it", well Cindy here is one for you -- NO CELL PHONE CALL FROM CAYLEE ON JULY 15TH--NO PHONE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

LE proved through cell records that there was NO PHONE CALL!! Mommy lies begin long before this 1st statement, they started when she told her mom that "the babysitter took her". Notice Cindy did NOT say Nanny.

How true, and then there is this little statement
"...or if she is ever going to bring her home."

Why would you think that Zenaida wasn't going to bring her home on the same day you told police you weren't worried about Caylee even when you spoke to her on the phone supposedly and she was all "happy" talking about books and stuff. HMMMM?

More than likely, you said that little diddy to set up if Caylee's body were ever found you could then claim I thought something awful might happen to her, see I told you that the first night. I told you how worried I was.

So worried that you had to party, lie cheat and steal and look in bars and restaurants. Yet not ONE PERSON from these same places ever heard you ask about someone named Zenaida, that she took Caylee, or even asked about a woman matching the description you just gave. Just who were you asking, NO ONE!!!! You claim to ask Jeff Hopkins, OOPS that's a lie!

We know this entire story is fabricated, that is what we know.

I can see where Casey gets her lying from. I wonder if anyone has gone back in time and found out if Cindy Lied all the time too. I feel badly for George Anthony. On Monday, June 9, 2008 (WORD "around" crossed out) between 9am and 1pm, I, Casey Anthony took my daughter, Caylee Marie Anthoy, to her nanny's apartment.

The only two things accurate in this statement are Casey and Caylee's names. What nanny? between 9am and 1pm---didn't George say they didn't even leave his house until ten minutes to 1pm--12:50 pm. Man Casey must drive real fast to get there by 1pm. to that empty apartment that is. June 9th is not accurate either but June 16th is! You would think after 31 days, her first sentence would have been better thought out than that.

Or how about that she works at Universal where she claims she has worked for over 4 years???? Can Cindy and George really justify anything she is saying when literally every other sentence is a lie or contains a lie in it?

Yep but there is even still another statement by Casey that totally contradicts the previous statements and again more lies.

I think George is every bit as sick as Casey and just as responsible for what happened and what is going on today.
Because he use to be a police officer and knows exactly what all that could mean and lead too.

Instead of calling the police to get to the bottom of the situation on the day he goes to get Casey's car from the impound and sees and smells something is wrong he drives the car home and afterwards goes to work.

ok so maybe they decide to not think the worst and first go and find Casey and Caylee.
Then when they did find Casey and she refused to produce Caylee they had to have known that the person that smelled like a dead body had been in the car Caylee because she was missing.

They have repeatedly said that they knew all this was going to happen.

If I knew my child was a pathological liar and I smelled the odor of a dead body in the car they drive and then they refuse to tell me where my grandbaby is and then turn around and tell me the Nanny took her, I'd probably wiped the floor up with her and made her take me to where to Caylee's body was and then called the police on her and had her put away for the rest of her life.

They didn't do that though, why?
I think Cindy has a drug dependancy problem and can't think straight to begin with.
And all of them then seen $$$ signs from movies and book deals.

I think George and Cindy both decided to tell Casey to keep her mouth shut and not tell them or anyone anything.
Makes me wonder what else they have covered up for that monster.
They know Casey killed Caylee but seen $$$ signs in their eyes and the media exposure has been showing that to be the case too.

They are all just as sick and guilty as Casey.

George has put the facts together himself and knows what happened. I don't think he has/had any involvement but is simply trying to keep from losing his daughter and his wife because he knows Cindy would go even more crazy if he wasn't on her side. He is simply going along with what Cindy says to help the poor woman keep the small ounce of sanity that she has left. George had even said to police in his interview that he has told Cindy time and time again that she needs to not impede the investigation and to keep quiet so she doesn't get in trouble, too. He is holding on for what's left of his family now and I don't believe he is stupid enough to cover anything up for Casey. If she directly confessed something to him he would have told by now because in the long run that would have been better for Cindy to hear since that would prevent them from going through all of this BS and I really think he is just trying to save Cindy in all of this.

I ihave always found this statement very interesting. The crossed out word is a biggie for me. When you're making a report about you child being kidnapped you would for sure know the exact date not around that date.

Another thing that bugs me is Cindy has said three different dates as to the last day she saw Caylee. First was June 7( I think that was in one of the 911 calls)
Then June 9th.
Then June 15th but only after LE produced the video of Caylee at the nursing home on that date.

man, what a bunch of lies. Jeff Hopkins doesn't even know a Zenaida Gonzalez, so that blows up Casey's whole story there. Casey cliams that there was no contact with Zenaida since June 12th, but didn't Casey claim to talk to Zenaida during the Caylee July 15th phone call as well? (and the phone call never existed right?) I would love to get a really good prosecutor and sit down Cindy and Casey and have them talk their ways out of all of this b.s.

I predict Casey never takes the stand, which in my book proves her guilt. (atleast OJ had the balls to take the stand and defend himself) Casey knows her lies are so full of b.s. that there is no way she would survive. How can she hold her head high when the whole world thinks she is a piece of lying, baby killing scum??

Yeah, that caught my attention, too.
It makes me wonder if she did take Caylee's body somewhere outside of Orlando. I'm not sure how she could have--I believe she disposed of Caylee's body on June 26/27 around the time she left the car at Amscot--but there's got to be some reason she made that statement.
