Straight from the beginning I will question the "Jesus of Nazareth" angle which is stated all through the movie.
It is questionable that a town called Narareth even existed at the time of Jesus for starters, El Nasar, maybe.
Jesus the Nasorean has nothing to do with a town called Nazareth!
So was he a Nasorean or an Essene & who was "The Teacher Of Righteousness" during Jesus" time?

Hi Nas,
New member?
Old but 'new'?
But completley on topic... if off-threads?
Welcome

But to answer.
Don't know your history (Nasorean or an Essene)
Why would that be important?
In the midst of a mystical journey... why would i want to know that?
I'm open but puzzled.

Hi Den,
New member, Old head!
Why is Historical accuracy Important?
I think it's real important! The back ground of someone this important shouldn't be overlooked & what he was into.Remember Theosophical Truth isn't Historical Truth.Just the same as B.S isn't truth just because you give it a different name.
A small point of misunderstanding can lead to a major wrong turn.
What I may want to know, most probably isn't what you want to know.
