I am Debbie,5' 3", 42 year old mom of 3. I have always been overweight. I have lost weight a few times but never maintained it because exercise was not a part of my life. After giving birth to my daughter in 2002 and losing all the pregnancy weight plus 2 pounds I started gaining again until I reached 280. I was exercising regularly since 1999. I could not seem to get back into it 100%.
Then I found FitTV and Gilad's Bodies in Motion. I did that show 5 days a week and dieted on and off. I got down to 260.5 and then decided to buckle down and get on a plan. I purchased Gilad's Quick Fit System and started November 15, 2005. Up to this date I have lost 32 pounds and 33.25 inches. I measure 1 bicep, 1 thigh, the chest, hips and waist. More important than weight is how healthy I feel. I have endless energy and so many minor medical complaints are gone. If you want to feel better you have to make a commitment to yourself to change how you eat and participate in regular exercise. FitTv is a great place to experience different instructors and the start getting in shape. Hopefully they will go back to their old focus of having many exercise programs all thourghout the day so everyone can learn and participate in fitness.

Well I am still going I just finished week 26 and have lost a total 48.5 lbs I now weigh 212. I also lost 49.5 inches. For the QFS program I only measure one bicep, one thigh, the chest, waist and hips. So that is really a lot of lost inches. I now wear a 16 misses and since I started wearing size 28w stretch pants who knows what size I really was. I still eat healthy and natural food.
