I am a 37 year old mother of three and Fittv has changed and saved me! After my third child was born I was not too happy with my body or myself. I started to change my lifestyle and started to work out with the Fittv shows! I love anything with kickboxing in it - especially in Shape with Sharon Mann and Caribean Workout! I work out every single day (for almost two years now) and it has brought out the best in my body and in me! I wake up, work out and have a great attitude and more energy for the entire day! I have gone from a size 12 to a size 2! (I am only 4 feet 11 inches and my doctor agrees that my weight is appropriate for my height) I love the shows and FitTv has made it easy for me to keep it up! Please keep these types of shows on the air - I love Sharon Mann and the Caribean Workout gals - I would love to be a back up exerciser on one of their shows! FitTv is the best!
