I'm a forty-something and I think FIT TV is great! I watch Sharon Mann, Gilad, and Cathe Friedrich. Over the last 3 years between exercising with FIT TV and changing my eating lifestyle, I have lost a total of 130 pounds. Keep putting these types of shows on FIT TV -- Sharon Mann, Gilad and Cathe are the best!
I, too, have had amazing sucess with Cathe Friedrich's workout. I follow it Monday through Friday, resting Saturday and Sunday. I spent a year and a half in a wheelchair unable to walk (I have MS.) As a result I was unable to do a lot of the leg work at first so I adjusted until I found I could do it. I continue to follow the work out but before I could only do a half hour and not "really" do the exercises, now I do the entire hour and concentrate on my form! Cathe Friedrich's work out is I know advanced, but I have had amazing sucess with and am very thankful for all it has given me!
