I am a 5'3" female who was very overweight at 250lbs! In November of '03 I made up my mind that I did not want to be fat and out of shape any longer so I started watching FitTV and working out just 10 minutes a day with Shape/Sharon Mann (10 minutes is all I could do!) After 1 month of 10 minutes a day of exercing with Sharon's show I lost 5 lbs! Sharon Mann's positive attitude and motivation kept me going and by the February I had worked my way up to working out 3 times a day for 30 minutes each time! By March 5, 2004 I lost 50lbs and went from a size 24 to a size 14! I feel so much better about myself thanks to Sharon Mann's inspiring words of "get focused" and "you can do it"! Before I had been on every diet pill there was available and would only lose 10 to 15 lbs, I just want people who read this to know that from my experience modifying food intake and exercising will help to drop lbs. and inches! I've been so down at times thinking that I couldn't lose weight but now I know that it can be done if you set your mind to it and get active! Thanks to In Shape/Sharon Mann I feel and look like an absolute different person! Good luck to everyone out there who struggles as I did!
thank you for this post. that really does help me. right now i just sit and watch sharon and i would love to do her workouts and i plan to start this coming up monday. does she have tapes that we can order to workout too.
Hi! Yes, there are Sharon Mann workout tapes that you can purchase, go to www.sharonmann.com! Just this week I weighed and have lost 9 more lbs! I know it doesn't sound like alot, but it is to me. Good luck with your workouts, if you just try for 5 or 10 minutes you will begin to feel much better and the weight will drop!
