After college, I put on about 15 - 20 lbs (and increasing every day!) when I started a job that required me to sit behind the computer all day. I have gained weight even though I am going to my aerobics classes.
It's been two years.
It seems to me that I have put on more weight compared to when I was in college and couldn't find time to exercise. (before college I used to do aerobics and was at my best weight ever 150 - 155 lbs)
What about instead of drinking soda when you are thirsty what about getting some water and when you are hungrey eat maybe some carrots or something healthy.. I know that you can do this.. and we will be here for you when you need some help..
First of all how are your eating habbits? Do you eat appropriate portions? Do you eat the right amount of veggies and fruits etc. When I began dieting and trying to get my weight off my portions were way to big and I was eating all the wrong kinds of food. Not enough time to excercise, keep in mind that even just fifteen minutes of excercise is better then nothing...I used to think I was never going to be able to lose the weight without getting out of the house and going to the gym but since then I have lost around 50 lbs. Excercise videos have been my savior. Somethings you may want to check out.
thanks for your advice. I do think my portions are a little big. Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing anything when I exercise at home. I like the workouts, but the ads make me lose some of my momentum. Anyway, i'm just trying to keep up the mental game. I know I just have to keep trying and be patient to see good results.
