Question:
Hi,

Iam making some serious efforts to reduce weight and waistline.I take special care to reduce fat intake as low as possible and also keep check on the calorie intake.Nothing seems to work for me.Every day I exercise for about 45mins:stretches and aerobics.My stats are 35 33 36. I want to reduce my waistline and work on the flab.Pls guide me. I also have chubby cheeks and want to reduce them.Pls guide me.

hi ammy,
your measurements sound fine to me, but if you want to get tighter, I understand the drive. Have you tried working with weights? Don't be afraid of bulking up. It's really hard to do that, esp if you are working with smaller weights and lower reps. Try finding Minna's Emergency Workout video. I have it and I like it pretty well. I also see Kathy Smith has a couple new videos with weights. I haven't watched them but really like Kathy. And I love using a stability ball for ab excercises. You can really target the abs. My waist is wide but my tummy is flat, so I really work my obliques and then do some deep side stretches. That seems to pull in my waist at the sides pretty well. Hope these suggestions help.
